Hi! I'm Erin
Founder & Lead Sleep Consultant

I am the mama of two little boys, lover of coffee, shopping, and all things sleep!

As Lake Country's premier infant and child sleep consultant, I help you teach your own little one sleep skills to promote their growth, development, health, and wellbeing.  Together, we work through a holistic plan personalized to meet your child's and your family's needs.

I received my B.S. in Elementary Education and focused on early childhood development and education. I am licensed to work with children from birth through age eleven in the state of Wisconsin. After the birth of my first son, my passion for sleep and childhood well-being was born, and shortly thereafter, Lake Country Sleep.

Every child and every family is different, and it is my goal to meet you where you are at right now in your sleep journey, and help you reach your goals in a supportive and developmentally appropriate way.

Hi! I'm Andrea
Pediatric Sleep Consultant

Hello! My name is Andrea Merino, and I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant. I'm passionate about helping children and their families sleep better. As a mother of three boys, I know how difficult it can be to function while being sleep-deprived. I believe every parent truly wants to enjoy their child to the fullest, no matter the sleep struggles. It's my goal to help you through those struggles, no matter what they are.

As a nurse in the NICU, I noticed early on in my career that even premature babies can learn simple habits and routines.  I became fascinated by infant and child sleep, and that fascination grew when my husband and I struggled with getting our first baby to sleep through the night. I quickly learned the true concept of sleep deprivation when my oldest son needed to be nursed or rocked back to sleep, even when he woke up every 1-2 hours throughout the night. When he was old enough I decided it was time for all of us to get the well-rested sleep we needed to help our family function.

Having this knowledge behind me, I was able to implement healthy sleep habits early on when our second and third sons were born. Now I have three amazing sleepers! I became the "sleep guru" with my friends and began sharing my methods and successes to help them with their little ones. This is when I realized the need for sleep consultants and decided to become certified through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting.  I am very passionate about sleep, and the benefits of healthy sleep habits for the whole family.
