Our goal at Lake Country Sleep is to always meet you exactly where you are at with your child's sleep, and help you reach your goals while providing a child/family-focused, supportive approach to our sleep coaching. We're all moms ourselves, each with a unique background and the expertise to help you be successful when it comes to helping you and your child thrive.

Sleep is not a one-size-fits-all type of thing. No two children are alike and what works for one may not work for another. We are here to help guide you and your child along the way. Learn more about us below!

Founder & Lead Sleep Consultant

I am the mama of two little boys, lover of coffee, shopping, and all things sleep!


As Lake Country's premier infant and child sleep consultant, I help you teach your own little one sleep skills to promote their growth, development, health, and wellbeing.  Together, we work through a holistic plan personalized to meet your child's and your family's needs.

I received my B.S. in Elementary Education and focused on early childhood development and education. After the birth of my first son, my passion for sleep and childhood well-being was born, and shortly thereafter, Lake Country Sleep.

Every child and every family is different, and it is my goal to meet you where you are at right now in your sleep journey, and help you reach your goals in a supportive and developmentally appropriate way.

Hi! I'm Maria
Pediatric Sleep Consultant

I am the mom of two toddlers and a certified sleep consultant. I know firsthand what it’s like to be sleep-deprived, longing to enjoy my role as mom. After my son was born, I spent months waiting to sleep train, not knowing there was so much I could be doing from the beginning! With my second, I was prepared, and we never had to formally sleep train! 

Whether you are sleepwalking with a 7- month old, or making 78 trips to your toddler’s bedroom each night, I am here to offer supportive guidance and an easy-to-follow plan. I want to help you enjoy both your days and your nights.
